By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms:

Orders

All artwork is subject to availability. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation by email.

Pricing

All prices are in GBP. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Payments are processed securely.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day they are received (Monday to Friday), using DPD Next Day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm may be dispatched the following working day. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier operations.

Custom Work & Commissions

We are pleased to offer custom artwork and commissions. Because these pieces are created to your specific requirements, they are considered bespoke items under UK law. As such, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a commission has been agreed and work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the agreed details before confirming your commission.

By commissioning a piece from Tony’s Studio, you accept that artistic interpretation is an inherent part of the creative process, and while every effort will be made to meet your requirements, the final artwork may differ slightly from the initial concept.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and text are the property of Tony’s Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your artwork. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on non-custom artwork. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. We will notify you when it has been processed.

Damaged Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will do everything we can to make it right.

Custom Work

Custom artwork and commissions are exempt from our standard returns policy. These items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, in line with UK consumer law regarding bespoke products.
